Let’s be real: the bathroom is more than just a functional space. It’s where we kickstart our mornings and wind down after long days, making it a prime candidate for a little design TLC. Whether you’re curating a spa-like oasis or adding a dash of personality to a powder room, the right bathroom accessories can completely transform the vibe. I will admit, I'm not in love with the beauty of my bathroom. It's basic - white tile floor, neutral walls and generic mirror. Over the next few weeks, I plan to work on transforming the bathroom into something that makes me happy when I enter it. As I've been putting together a mood board for all that I want to do to upgrade the look and feel of my bathroom, I've been pulling together lists of everything I've come across that I truly love - from paint colors to wastebins. I'm aiming for a clean, organized space that has hints of whimsy and personality. 4. Essential Oil Diffusers: Swap out synthetic sprays for a chic essential oil diffuser. Vitruvi’s stone diffuser is my personal favorite - I have two. I love how it combines minimalist design with soothing aromatherapy.
5. Bidets: Here me out! Before you scoff or wrinkle your nose at a bidet, I want to tell you that they are life changing! And yes, I realize that's a dramatic statement but it really truly does make a difference. Your nether regions feel cleaner and you save on toilet paper which is better for the environment and your pocket book. Give it a try and I just know you'll be sining its praises too! We have the Tushy and it's a fair price and works really well.
6. Touchless Faucet: I first learned of touchless faucets when my mom re-did her kitchen. Given what we've gone through with COVID and our raised awareness of the importance of hand washing and germs, a touchless faucet makes complete sense in a bathroom.

I like the idea of a little lamp set in the corner of your counter when you want low lighting to take a bath. And then a bit bigger fixtures for over or next to the mirror.
