Coach seemed to be everywhere in the 90's and early 2000's. I remember saving my money for a beloved brown Coach bucket hat only to have it stolen when I was out one night - I was devastated! Coach bags, wallets, hats and belts were the "it" brand to be carrying when it came to any and all accessories. Then Coach seemingly disappeared for awhile around 2010 with brands like Tori Burch and Michael Kors becoming the front runners in the must-haves for hand bags. And like all trends seem to do, it's circled back and it seems Coach is so popular again!

I have to admit, I'm a little over the crossbody belt bags (and actually was never really into them in the first place). I realize that everyone under the sun digs the belt bags but I have to say that I'm pleased to see that the structured, lady-like Coach handbags are trendy again. Around 2020, Coach went through a pretty big re-branding which is really what breathed new life into the brand. They overhauled some of their most iconic designs like The Tabby and The Swinger and I do have to say - WOW! They are gorgeous! And while this rebranding of Coach is really hitting home with a brand new consumer group with Gen Z, I think it's fair to say that those of us Millennials and Gen X that loved Coach back in the 90's and early 2000's are pretty excited to revisit our youth and hop on this resurgence of a brand we know and loved.

While I'm not sure Coach is considered "luxury" per say, their bags still come with a fairly hefty price tag. I have my eye on the Soft Tabby Shoulder Bag which runs about $400 and I reeeeeally covet the Soft Empire Carryall Bag 40 but at $695, I don't think it's something I'll be splurging on anytime soon. My newfound Coach obsession in 2025 had me poking around to find some dupes and lookalikes and there are some really good alternatives out there that look like the real thing! While you can find some cheaper Coach bags at their outlet, there are some really amazing Coach dupes for a fraction of the price. I'm so excited to share what I found with you!

COACH Brooklyn Shoulder Bag
This is a beautiful sleek hobo bag that retails for $295 - $495 depending on the size. The Amazon alternatives below look just like the Brooklyn shoulder bag and are all under $60.
I love this little bag. Part hobo, part crescent - this mini is a completely unique look and oh-so feminine. This retails for $250 with all of the Amazon dupes coming in under $40.
COACH Tabby Bag
The Tabby Bag is where the Coach ressurgance began! A favorite of Gen Z, this is such a classic look that you can't go wrong. Retailing anywhere from $195 to $795 depending on size and materials, the Amazon alternatives are all under $50.
The Cashin is part of Classic line of Original Coach bags - this reimagined design harkens back to more vintage Coach designs and I couldn't love it more. This particular bag retails for $350 with the Amazon alternative coming in under $ 80.
COACH Empire Carryall
Boy do I ever love this bag. Another vintage-inspired design, this carryall and its dupes look great decorated wtih scarves or bag charms. (See my latest post on bag charms here!). The Empire Carryall above retails at $695 but the Amazon lookalikes all come in under $80.

Another iconic design, this COACH bucket bag is a great everyday bag and comes in some really lovely colors. The Willow Bucket bag retails for about $395 but the Amazon dupes are all under $30.
