I told myself I was going to wait until October 1st to get my Halloween decorations out but I just couldn't help myself! I turned on Hocus Pocus, brought all of my spooky decor up from the basement, poured a glass of apple cider and got to work. I forgot how many cute things I've collected over the years!
I'm still in the process of getting all of my decor unboxed and out. But here is the start of some of the Halloween fun I'm putting up this week! My bat stickers (seen below) are on the way and I'll work on the exterior next week. I recently got those cute blue pumpkin pillows seen above on the bench at Aldi. Love when cute finds pop up like that since Aldi is always such a deal.
The two places I get most of my decor? Homegoods and Amazon! In my opinion, they are two best places for decor on a budget. So, after decorating for a bit this morning, I sat down and scoured and searched to find the best Halloween decorations on Amazon for under $35. I would do the same with Homegoods but it doesn't appear you can purchase online. Get ready to decorate like a witchy pro!
Indoor Halloween Decor
There's a reason over 7k people have bought these adorable bats! This comes with 60 (yes, you heard that right - SIXTY) wall decals in 4 different sizes. You can stick them to walls, cabinets, windows, doors and more! Such a cute and easy idea!
A set of four pillow slip covers for under $12? Yes, please! Made of a linen blend material, the addition of these would look adorable on any couch, chair or bed for that extra bit of spooky fun.
Real paraffin wax, these three different Halloween themed decals - a raven, spider, and human skull, add a creepy and fun atmopshere to any home!
My son gets a real kick out of these and loves freaking out his friends when they come over during the Halloween season. It comes in a three-pack and they are all framed and quite strudy. I hang ours in our bathroom. Nothing like scaring the poop out of someone! HaHa!
This can be used outside, but I personally like to hang this as a wall piece in our family room. A bit more elegant than the spookier decorations, it gives a nice balance of luxe decor amoungst the more overtly scarier decorations.
I have a little vase on a bookshelf that I put these faux stems in. They are subtle yet add a definite Halloween mood. Great on any shelf anywhere!
Swap out your day-to-day paper towel holder for this adorable bat holder! It even has a coffin shaped based for that extra spooky design.
A 2 piece set, these will be an adorable addition to your bathroom or powder room. The best part is there are eight different designs to chose from.
These are a hot item on Amazon right now! For all you Harry Potter fans, this is not to be missed. It comes with 20 floating (hanging) candles that flicker with warm light. The perfect addition to make your home a little more like Hogwarts!
Outdoor Spooky Decorations
Welcome all your witches and ghouls with this festive doormat. It can actually be used indoor or outdoor, is stain resistant and is just the right size for any entryway.
A big furry spider attaches to a triangular spider web. Super easy to affix to your house or lawn and the best part is that it packs away easily and doesn't take up much storage space.
These are the best! We put these in our outdoor lights for a very realistic flame flickering effect. They give off a very vintage 1800's spooky effect. Perfect addition to your outdoor fall asthetic.
Sick of political yard signs? Get this fun 3-pack of zombie signs to create a spooky and scary scene in your yard this Halloween season. They are double-sided printed so you can use them at any angle.
Love Christmas lights? Then you're going to love Halloween lights too! These purple and orange outdoor lights are perfect to add that festive touch to this creepy crawly season. There were several different lights out there but this particular one seemed like the best bang for you buck.
Okay... if you have a tree in your front yard, you MUST get this. It adds a bit of fun and humor to some of the scarier decorations.
Three scary grim repear ghosts that can hang from any porch, side of your house or even a bird feeder! I always put these on the 3 lights along our garage and they've held up very well in windy and rainy conditions.
Halloween Party Essentials
No one wants to wash dishes after hosting a party full of sticky sweet candy. These are so cute and such a great price point to get 120 pieces!
Every year we host a pumpkin carving party a few nights before Halloween. This is perfect to set on our deck and just throw a bunch of beverages into this and cover everything in ice. It keeps people out of your fridge and looks on-theme.
I flipping love this. Obviously great for handing out candy, but you couldn't go wrong to use it for a salad or serving spaghetti.
Three plastic cauldron bowls that are perfect on your kitchen counter to put your favorite halloween candy. I also love to put a mix candy corn and peanuts into mine!
