I think we have a water bottle obsession in our house. Well - maybe not my husband so much, but definitely my son and me. Do we have a Stanley? (40oz for me, 30oz for my nine year-old) Check! Owala? Check Check! Yeti? Check, Check, Check! Cirkul? A new one, but a big ol' check there too. I will admit that I've gone a tich overboard with water bottles. I realize we Americans have a bit of a hyper-obsession with staying hydrated. Still, I do think having a water bottle you love, looks cute, and keeps water cold is a more significant motivator to get in those recommended 80 ounces than drinking out of a boring old cup.

First Day of 4th Grade complete with new Stanley!
With that said, my son INSISTED on getting a Stanley for the start of the school year. Those suckers aren't exactly budget-friendly, and after spending a boatload on all things Nike he HAD to have, we told him he needed to fund his own Stanley purchase. He begrudgingly did enough chores to earn the money to purchase his beloved Stanley. However, a couple of weeks into school, he complained it spilled too often, and his seatmates were getting mad at his water splashing everywhere. (Note: I warned him of this and suggested the Owala for that reason, but nope. Had to have a Stanley.)
A friend of mine told me her daughter had the same issues and alerted me that there are all sorts of Stanley accessories out there and straw caps are crucial to avoiding spillage. Who knew? Well - let me just say that's a rabbit hole I went down today, and now I'm the proud owner of not only the intended purchase of straw caps but also a charm for the handle, an attachable snack tray, replacement straws, and a Stanley specific ice cube mold tray. Whoops! But how can you resist some of this stuff? While I didn't go crazy and get EVERYTHING listed below, you better believe a lot of it is sitting in my cart.
The whole reason I started my Stanely accessory search, I was blown away by how many different and cute straw caps are out there. I ordered the plain and Halloween sets but the bows and clouds are next up on my list.
I'm pretty excited about this one, as I'm a big snack girl. I foresee myself filling this with some goodies while being able to control my snack portions a bit more. This also seems super handy when attending various sports tournaments.

We all know how gross straws can become over time, even with using special straw brushes. Get a set of these and set them aside whenever you need to freshen up with a new straw. (Make sure you're choosing the right size in the style section for either the 30oz or 40oz cups)

Would I personally use this? Probably not, because I'm weird about always having my wallet and phone in my purse. However, I can see this being a massive hit with my teenage niece. It's perfect for anyone who wants to keep their phone, cards, keys, cash, and water in one place.

Now, this one? I could see myself using this smaller attachable pouch. It would be so easy to throw your keys, phone, and license into this one if you're going to the gym or want something a little more discreet for a sporting event.

If you've ever set your Stanley down on a hard surface, you know it can make a considerable clink noise. Stanleys are also susceptible to dings and scraps. These little booties for the bottom of your Stanley will keep it safe from indents and help keep it noise-free. (Those teachers will thank you for this one!)
So darn cute! Personalize your Stanley with these little charms that attach to the handle. They're small enough not to be annoying but just enough bling to make your bottle that much chicer.

Another great way to make your water bottle a bit more personal? Add one of these adorable personalized nameplates. This is pretty genius for kids taking their Stanleys to school. No need to worry about awkwardly writing their name on the bottle in Sharpie!

Do I need this? Probably not. Did I get this? You betcha! These ice molds create cylinder-shaped oversized ice cubes that melt slowly. Ifanything other than water into your Stanley, this is for you. It won't dilute the taste of drinks as quickly as smaller ice cubes would. (Side note: my husband claims the ice cubes are great for cocktails, you're putting so you get more bang for your buck with this accessory.)
This is probably the most practical of the accessories (albeit a tich boring). If there is something likely to break on your Stanley, it will most likely be the lid. Like the straws, it wouldn't hurt to get these and have them on hand when you need to replace a lid down the road.
At first, I rolled my eyes at this, but I get it now! This is another great accessory to make life at the gym or traveling in the car that much easier. Not only does this pack come with a chapstick holder that attaches to the handle, but it also comes with a ring and key holder—all things helpful for an organized gym experience.

This is a great option for kids who want their water bottle to match their lunch box. It would make a great holiday gift (or give this idea to a grandparent for a holiday or birthday gift!).

Why not keep everything on-brand and go for the thermos as well? It's a perfect fit inside the Stanley lunch box. :) In all honesty, this is great for the kids who want soups, mac, and cheese, or really anything warm on a cold winter day at school.
That rounds up the best finds for Stanley Accessories. So many of these would be great stocking stuffers or a little reward for good grades. Or maybe you need to treat yourself!
