I'm one of those people who loves winter. I realize that’s probably an unpopular opinion but it’s my favorite season! The crisp air, the cozy nights, fires in the fireplace, snow crunching beneath my boots, and let's not forget the fashion. Winter is a prime time to layer up and experiment with your style. Coats are almost always the first thing someone sees when greeting you, and I personally feel it’s one of the most important things you can wear to express your style in the colder months. I'm sharing my favorite styles that range from budget friendly to splurge so I'm hopeful there's something for everyone!

Puffy Perfection

A great puffer coat. Simple and understated but very very warm.
Loving this cropped puffer! The best part is it has a cinchable waist and hem which allows you to customize the fit.
The faux fur trim is the best! I love putting a hood up on a cold day and framing my face with fur. Additionally, it's hard to see in this photo but it has a drawstring waist with the cutest bows on the side.
It runs a bit big, so you may want to think about sizing down, but this is mega-warm with a nice high collar to protect your face on those extra windy days.
Classic Teddy
Teddy coats continue to be a winter staple. They're cozy, chic, and perfect for those chilly days. Opt for a timeless neutral or a trendy pop of color.
This GAP classic is budget-friendly and adorable. I love the terra brown for this season.

Leather Legacy
Leather jackets are a classic winter wardrobe essential. This year, we're seeing a resurgence of leather coats in various styles and lengths. From moto jackets to trench coats, there's a leather option for every taste.
This reminds me of something my mother wore in the 80's and I love the nostalgia of this classic leather trench.

You really can't go wrong with a classic trench. It can be thrown on over sweats to run errands or a night out on the town.
We love all things leopard print this season! I have this and wear it with everything!

Roomy enough to wear a sweater underneath, this is great for those of you in warmer climates that still need a coat but don't need a ton of warmth from the fridgid temperatures.
