I've started my new year strong by making a vision board, setting my intentions for a sucessful 2025 and doing my best (so far) to proactively do a couple of things a week to better myself - listening to wellness podcasts as the main catalyst.

If you’re a woman juggling motherhood, a career, or the beautiful chaos of staying at home while trying to carve out a life filled with purpose, you’re not alone. I quit the craziness of corporate America about 2 years ago and have found that not only does life not slow down when you're not in an office all day, but it remains at the same level of crazy. Check out my post about Daily Practices for Staying Calm in a Hectic World for more on my story. The pressures of everything from remembering to pack your kids cleats for the soccer game to digesting the influx of crazy world news, it can be overwhelming. Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list, but here’s the thing: your mental wellness matters. And guess what? Podcasts are here to save the day (or at least your sanity).

Whether you’re sipping coffee at 6 a.m., folding laundry, or commuting to work, podcasts are the perfect way to sneak in some inspiration, mindfulness, and self-care into your busy schedule. I find I listen most on my daily walks, while cooking, and doing other mindless chores around the house. I struggled to move away from Audible and listening to my precious books but once I went down the path of podcasts meant for betterment of yourself, I was hooked. I find it really helps me remain grounded, conscious of my thought patterns, and holds me accountable to myself and the progress I am hoping to make as a human being flying around on this big rock in the sky.

Let’s dive into the best mental wellness podcasts for 2025 that will help you feel grounded, inspired, and ready to take on the world.

How to Fit Podcasts Into Your Busy Life

First things first—how do you actually find time to listen to podcasts? Here are a few tips:

  1. Multitask Mindfully: Listen while doing chores, cooking, or driving. It’s like a two-for-one deal for your brain.

  2. Morning Rituals: Start your day with a 10-minute episode while you sip your coffee or get ready.

  3. Wind-Down Time: Swap scrolling for listening before bed. It’s a great way to unwind and reflect.

  4. Workout Companion: Pop in your earbuds during a walk, yoga session, or gym time.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff—the podcasts that will inspire, uplift, and help you craft a life of purpose.
